About Forge Academy
A Structured Launch Platform for Young Men
Forge Academy exists to realign young men who are off track and help prepare them for a life of strength, responsibility, and purpose.
This is not passive recovery.
This is not long-term housing.
This is not a place to drift.
Forge Academy is a structured environment where young men are challenged to live sober, follow daily rhythm, take ownership, grow spiritually, build physical readiness, and prepare for meaningful life transition.
Young men enter for 2–4 months and are expected to engage fully in the process. The goal is not to simply provide a place to stay. The goal is formation.
OUR MISSION
Men Were Not Created to Drift
Forge Academy exists to develop disciplined men who break free from dysfunction, live by God’s truth, and walk in strength, responsibility, and purpose.
Too many young men are caught in cycles of addiction, distraction, passivity, and immaturity because they have never been trained to live with discipline, structure, and spiritual authority.
Forge Academy interrupts that pattern by bringing structure where there is chaos, discipline where there is drift, and truth where there is confusion.
Discipline. Purity. Purpose.

The Aim
Preparing Men for Their Next Decisive Step
Forge Academy is a launch program, not a holding program.
The goal is to prepare residents for significant life transition into:
- Military service
- First responder academies, including police, fire, or EMT
- Trade school or skilled labor certification
- College enrollment
- Ministry school or discipleship institutions
- Meaningful employment or productive work pathways
Each resident works toward leaving Forge with a defined pathway, application progress completed, physical and mental preparation underway, and personal discipline established.
