FORGE ACADEMY · WALTERBORO, SC
FORGED THROUGH DISCIPLINE.
BUILT FOR PURPOSE.
A 2–4 month residential formation and launch program serving the Greater Charleston Metro area, helping young men build discipline, sobriety, spiritual strength, and purpose.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
MEN WERE NOT CREATED TO DRIFT. THEY WERE CREATED TO BE FORGED.
Too many young men are stuck in cycles of addiction, distraction, passivity, immaturity, and lack of direction.
The problem is not always a lack of information.
It is often a lack of formation.
Forge Academy interrupts the pattern by bringing structure where there is chaos, discipline where there is drift, and truth where there is confusion.
Through daily rhythm, spiritual alignment, physical training, accountability, and life-pathway preparation, residents are challenged to become sober, self-governed, responsible, and ready for what comes next.
THE FOUR PILLARS OF FORMATION
Forge Academy is built on daily structure, accountability, physical readiness, and spiritual formation. These pillars shape young men into disciplined, sober, responsible leaders prepared for their next step.
Sobriety & Self-Control
A man who cannot govern himself cannot lead his future. Residents are held to clear standards of sobriety, integrity, personal responsibility, and self-mastery.
Structure & Routine
Consistency restores stability. Each day follows a disciplined rhythm of devotion, responsibility, training, classes, and reflection.
Health & Physical Readiness
Strength training, conditioning, movement, and physical benchmarks help build resilience, mental toughness, and long-term discipline.
Spiritual & Character Formation
Forge forms men through Scripture, prayer, biblical manhood, identity, purpose, purity, leadership, and relationship with the Holy Spirit.
DAILY LIFE
A Day at Forge Academy
Transformation does not happen through occasional effort.
It happens through consistent, intentional rhythm.
Morning Discipline
Residents begin the day with structure: waking on time, personal hygiene, making their bed, resetting their room, prayer, Scripture, devotion, and journaling.
This sets the tone for clarity, direction, and spiritual alignment.
Personal Responsibility & Order
Residents complete daily responsibilities with excellence, including cleaning assignments, property care, room inspections, and accountability check-ins.
The goal is to build ownership, follow-through, and responsibility.
Life Formation Classes
Classes focus on biblical manhood, sexual purity, addiction recovery mindset, emotional maturity, leadership, self-governance, financial stewardship, vision, and purpose.
Physical Training
Strength training, conditioning, cardio, and movement are used to build discipline, strengthen the body, and regulate the mind.
Life Pathway Development
Residents work toward their next step, which may include military preparation, first responder academies, trade school enrollment, college applications, resume building, interview preparation, or ministry school readiness.
Evening Brotherhood & Reflection
Evenings include group discipleship, leadership discussions, testimony nights, guest speakers, worship, prayer, journaling, reading, and personal reflection.
Each day closes with evaluation, correction, and a reset for tomorrow.

From Drift to Direction
Forge Academy forms young men to leave sober, disciplined, spiritually grounded, physically stronger, and clear on their next step. The goal is not just temporary change — it is a man prepared to walk in strength, responsibility, and purpose.
